Tessa came to the Letters of 1916 launch in September 2013 with a folder containing around 100 letters. \u00a0These letters were written in 1916 by May Fay and James Finn, Tessa’s grandparents. \u00a0May and James were writing to each other regularly from January until they married in June of 1916. \u00a0James was working in Dublin and May was living in County Westmeath.
