LETTERS OF 1916: Launch

The Letters of 1916: A Year in the Life project was officially launched by Dr Catriona Crowe, Head of Special Projects at the National Archives of Ireland, at the Officer’s Mess, Cathal Brugha Barracks, Military Road, Rathmines on 2 March 2016. Additional speakers included Andrea Martin, Professor Philip Nolan, Dominic Price and Professor Susan Schreibman.

It was a great event and a lovely opportunity to see so many familiar faces of the project’s funders, contributors, supporters and friends since its first launch in September 2013.
