Happy New Year to you all.
This is the last progress update of the Year 2015. Despite the Christmas break, our transcribers as well as the Letters of 1916 Team were very busy. In December 2015 You have transcribed in total 34575 characters. We welcomed 91 new users since September*, bringing the total number of registered users to 1270.
Currently there are 2307 letters uploaded to the system, of which 2143 are available to view and transcribe online. Our focus in the past months was on proofing the transcriptions, which resulted in bringing the total of transcriptions completed and reviewed to 629.

*The progress updates for November 2015 and October 2015 were not possible to compile due to server being down.
